Collection: Compact Umbrellas for Employee & Staff Gifts

Shop compact umbrellas in Singapore for employees, staff appreciation and workplace programmes. Their space-saving format makes them easy to carry in work bags, backpacks and handbags during daily commutes.

Choose a compact umbrella for the daily commute

Compare each selected model’s folded length and thickness, weight, open canopy dimensions, handle and opening or closing controls. Check how centimetre measurements are defined and whether the umbrella and its supplied case fit the intended work bag or welcome kit. Compact and ultralight names do not establish identical packed sizes or coverage across the range. Follow the selected model’s operating, drying and storage instructions; request model-specific UV or wind information and material documentation where needed rather than assuming shared protection or environmental credentials from product names.

Plan staff umbrella gifts and welcome kits

Share the intended recipients, selected codes and colours, quantity, budget, artwork and required date in Singapore with GiftStore. Confirm availability, order requirements, included sleeves or cases and branding permission, particularly for existing branded designs. Agree printable panel areas, logo scale, colours and decoration compatibility with the fabric or coating, then approve proofs and any agreed samples. Check individual packing, fit alongside other onboarding items and distribution to employees or office locations. Record the exact model and colour for future joiners rather than assuming another compact umbrella will match.
