How should we prepare our logo?
Ask GiftStore.sg to confirm available decoration methods and the usable barrel area. Submit artwork sized for a narrow pen surface and approve a proof showing logo placement, orientation and contrast against your chosen barrel colour before production.
Can we check a sample and presentation?
Request a sample to assess the pen grip, retractable action and writing feel. Confirm ink colour, barrel colour, sleeve requirements and individual packing in the quotation. The optional sleeve should be specified rather than assumed to be included.
How do we request a team order?
The current minimum enquiry is 50 pieces per product. Share your quantity, colour mix, ink preference, artwork and required delivery date. Confirm availability, decoration and packing costs, and delivery arrangements before approving the order.
